Are the security and confidentiality of documents guaranteed?

We know that confidentiality is absolutely essential: the key to your trust and to our success.
We therefore guarantee your privacy and the confidentiality of your documents by using the necessary security measures in our computer systems.
We apply the UNE-ISO/IEC 17799 Standard regulations and a number of specific procedures regarding information control and security. We comply with all current regulations under the Spanish Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of 11th July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
Any information and documents provided for project quotation will be immediately destroyed upon request should our services not be hired.
Moreover, TCL’s confidentiality agreement or a different customized agreement can be executed upon request.

How much does a translation cost?

Our translations are carried out by professional native translators specialising in the relevant fields of expertise. All translations undergo proofreading by a separate editor.
In no case are machine translation systems used in professional projects. Our working methods and electronic tools and resources are used to manage your projects more efficiently and to improve the quality of your translation.
For this reason, each translation project has a different price depending on languages, volume (number of words, pages or documents), technical complexity, and formats.
You can contact us or request an online estimate to know the cost of your project. Please include your project details such as language combination(s) or word count. We will send you a free estimate with no obligation.
For an accurate estimate, please send us your documents and let us know any specific needs such as deadline, DTP requirements, etc. We will send you an accurate project estimate as soon as the source files and the project requirements are analysed, normally within less than 24 hours.
Confidentiality is fully guaranteed. A non-disclosure confidentiality agreement can be executed upon request. If you subsequently decide not to hire our services all your files and information will be immediately eliminated.
